<p style="padding-left:30px;"><span>a. Social media has grown from social networks such as </span><span><a href="http://www.Facebook.com" target="_blank">Facebook</a></span><span>, to micro blogging on <a href="http://www.Twitter.com" target="_blank">Twitter</a>, and has developed into a tool for both personal and professional purposes. </span></p>

<p style="padding-left:30px;"><span>c. Kristine&#8217;s role has been to implement these tools in the business. She is not an early adopter, but watches the space closely.</span></p>
